ടി.പി ചന്ദ്രശേഖരനെ വധിച്ചതിലെ ഗൂഢാലോചനാകേസ് സി.ബി.ഐക്ക് വിടാന്‍ ഉടന്‍
തീരുമാനമെടുക്കില്ലെന്ന് സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ . മന്ത്രിസഭാ യോഗത്തിലാണ് ഈ
തീരുമാനമുണ്ടായത്.
സി.ബി.ഐ അന്വേഷണം ഉടന്‍ പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുന്നതിന് നിയമതടസ്സങ്ങളുണ്ടെന്നും, ഇക്കാര്യം നിരാഹാര സമരം നടത്തുന്ന കെ. കെ. രമയെയും ആര്‍.എം.പി പ്രവര്‍ത്തകരെയും ബോധ്യപ്പെടുത്താന്‍ കഴിയമെന്നാണ് വിശ്വാസമെന്നും സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
ടി.പി. കേസില്‍ ജാഗ്രത പുലര്‍ത്തിയില്ലെങ്കില്‍ വലിയ പ്രത്യാഘാതമുണ്ടാകുമെന്ന് സര്‍ക്കാറിന് നേരത്തെ മുന്നറിയിപ്പ് ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഈ സാഹചര്യത്തിലാണ് മന്ത്രിസഭായോഗത്തില്‍ ഇക്കാര്യം ആഭ്യന്ത്രര മന്ത്രി രമേശ് ചെന്നിത്തല വിശദീകരിച്ചത്.
ടി.പി വധക്കേസിലെ ഗൂഡാലോചന സംബന്ധിച്ച രമ നല്‍കിയ പുതിയ കേസിന്റെ അന്വേഷണം ഏറ്റെടുത്ത പ്രത്യേക അന്വേഷണസംഘം ഇന്ന് കോഴിക്കോട് യോഗം ചേരുന്നുണ്ട്. രണ്ടാഴ്ച്ചക്കകം അന്വേഷണ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് നല്‍കാന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ അന്വേഷണസംഘത്തോട് അവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്.
ഇതുവരെ പുറത്തുവരാത്ത ഗൂഢാലോചനയാണ് പുതിയ സംഘം അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നത്. അന്വേഷണത്തിനു ശേഷം കേസ് സി.ബി.ഐ. ഏറ്റെടുക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ അതിനുള്ള സാഹചര്യം ആഭ്യന്തരവകുപ്പിന് പൂര്‍ണമായും ബോധ്യപ്പെടേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. പോലീസിന് അന്വേഷണത്തിനുള്ള പരിമിതികള്‍ ബോധ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയാല്‍ മാത്രമേ സി.ബി.ഐ അന്വേഷണത്തിന് കേന്ദ്രം അനുമതി നല്‍കൂ.
തിടുക്കപ്പെട്ട് അന്വേഷണത്തിന് അനുമതി നല്‍കിയാല്‍ മാറാട്, ജയകൃഷ്ണന്‍ മാസ്റ്റര്‍ വധക്കേസുകളിലെ തുടരന്വേഷണം സി.ബി.ഐ. നിരസിച്ച സ്ഥിതി ടി.പി. കേസിലും ഉണ്ടാകുമെന്നാണ് സര്‍ക്കാരിന് ലഭിച്ച നിയമോപദേശം. ഇക്കാര്യങ്ങളെല്ലാം മന്ത്രിസഭാ യോഗം ചര്‍ച്ചചെയ്തുവെന്നാണ് അറിയുന്നത്.

രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള കേസ് സി.ബി.ഐ.ക്ക് ഉടനെ കൈമാറിയാല്‍ അത് വലിയ പ്രത്യാഘാതം ഉണ്ടാക്കുമെന്ന് നിയമോപദേശത്തില്‍ പറയുന്നു. ഈ നടപടി നിയമവിരുദ്ധമായി ആരോപിക്കപ്പെടാനും സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്.
രാഷ്ട്രീയ താത്പര്യങ്ങള്‍ക്കായി സി.ബി.ഐ.യെ ആയുധമാക്കി ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നുവെന്ന പരാതിയും ഉയരും. ഇക്കാരണങ്ങള്‍ വിലയിരുത്തിയേ കേസ് സി.ബി.ഐ.ക്ക് കൈമാറാനുള്ള സാഹചര്യം പരിശോധിക്കാവൂ എന്നാണ് നിയമോപദേശത്തിലുള്ളത്.
